A full landing-page and activation overhaul for an AI sales copilot, focused on converting trials into active teams.
Orbit is an AI copilot that drafts follow-ups, updates the CRM and coaches reps in real time. Sign-ups weren’t the problem — activation was. Plenty of teams started a trial, but too few connected their tools and felt the value before the trial ended.
The challenge
A great trial conversion rate is worthless if people never reach the magic moment. Orbit’s marketing oversold breadth, the homepage tried to speak to every role at once, and the post-signup experience left new users staring at an empty workspace.
What I designed and built
I tightened the marketing story to a single high-value workflow, then designed the activation journey as carefully as the landing page — because converting the customer is the whole package, not just the click.

Product improvements
The first-week experience was rebuilt around a clear ‘connect, send, win’ path, with progress nudges and a visible payoff once the CRM was linked — turning a passive trial into an active, sticky habit.
The outcome
Marketing and product finally pulled in the same direction. Trial-to-active conversion improved meaningfully, the team can launch new campaign pages independently, and new users now reach value before their motivation fades.
