A conversion-focused marketing site and product onboarding refresh for an AI voice-agent platform turning demo curiosity into paid signups.

Synthflow builds AI voice agents that answer calls, qualify leads and book appointments for service businesses. They had impressive demos and steadily growing inbound traffic — but the site wasn’t turning that curiosity into signups. The core value was buried under technical language, and the path to actually trying the product took too many clicks.

The challenge

Traffic was healthy but conversion was flat. Visitors landed, watched a demo video, and left without understanding who the product was for or what their first win would be. Messaging spoke to engineers when the buyers were operators and founders, and three competing CTAs split attention on every page.

What I designed and built

I rebuilt the site as a single conversion engine: one sharp promise above the fold, an interactive ‘hear it talk’ demo block, and dedicated use-case landing pages for the highest-intent industries. Everything runs on a reusable Framer component system so the team can spin up a new campaign page in an afternoon.

  • A pricing page rebuilt around plans buyers actually self-select into

Product improvements

Converting the click is only half the package. I reworked the first-run onboarding so a new account can configure and place its first AI call in under five minutes — trimming setup from nine steps to four, adding guided empty states, and surfacing the ‘aha’ moment immediately instead of behind a settings maze.

The outcome

The new site reframed Synthflow from ‘an AI tool’ into ‘the fastest way to never miss a call again.’ Demo-to-signup intent climbed sharply, the sales team finally had landing pages that matched their outbound, and marketing can now ship and test new pages without waiting on engineering.
